Mr. Donaldson’s background is not typical of most attorneys.  At an early age, he knew he wanted to serve his country and help his community.  When he was only 16 years old he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps under the Delayed Entry Program. One month after he turned 18, he began 7 years of active duty including 7 months in the Gulf War as a member of the First Marine Division.  He also attended a police academy, graduating #1 in the class, and he was accepted as a reserve police officer with the Oceanside Police Department. During his tenure with the department he achieved the rank of Senior Reserve Officer.  Mr. Donaldson left the Marine Corps in 1994 and moved back to his home state to attend post-secondary education.

Over the last 18 years, Mr. Donaldson has represented a diverse group of clients including individuals and Fortune 500 companies.
