Brett T. Donaldson started Donaldson Law PLC in December 2018 after practicing at a well-known historic law firm in both criminal and civil litigation for almost two decades. During that time, Mr. Donaldson built a reputation as a smart, creative, extremely well-prepared trial lawyer who obtains excellent results while prosecuting and defending clients in a variety of matters. Mr. Donaldson decided it was time to have his own firm so he could focus his energy and efforts in promoting the interests of his clients and keeping the costs and fees to a reasonable amount, something that is generally not the focus of a large law firm.
Over the years, Mr. Donaldson represented a variety of clients from individuals and small owner-operator companies all they way up to Fortune 500 enterprises. It is Mr. Donaldson’s trial skills and experience that are respected by not only Arizona judges, but also opposing counsel. It is not uncommon for opposing counsel to argue in closing arguments that Mr. Donaldson’s client has hired one of the best trial attorneys in Arizona.
In June 2020, after practicing for almost two decades mainly in civil litigation, Iman Donaldson resigned as a partner from a large national law firm to join Donaldson Law PLC. Ms. Donaldson brings with her significant experience in automotive product liability litigation that is complimentary to areas of practice at Donaldson Law PLC. Together, the attorneys, along with assistance of paralegal staff and investigators, can prosecute or defend clients’ interests in both civil and criminal litigation.
